The National Treasure star Nicolas Cage has enjoyed success in the entertainment industry ever since he was cast in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. He became one of the most sought-after actors during the 1980s and 1990s after starring in films like Peggy Sue Got Marries, Face/Off, The Rock, and Gone in Sixty Seconds, just to name a few. Cage and Shibata met in one of the prefectures in Japan, and the romance bloomed between them even though they were long-distance at one point.
